SUSTAINABLE SMART CITY

SFI UNIVERSAL Pte Ltd, represented by Prof. Dr. Michael Puzzolante, Chairman of the Board, has been invited by the Government of the Republic of Zambia to develop THE SMART CITY OF TANGANYIKA, a project that will benefit the People of the Republic of Zambia and show the 54 Nations of Africa how to efficiently resolve the Social, Economic and Environmental issues we all are facing as Human Beings by implementing the 17 SDGs in an ALL-INCLUSIVE manner.

THE SMART CITY OF TANGANYIKA will accommodate 5,000,000 CITIZENS and PERMANENT RESIDENTS and 1,000,000 TOURISTS per year and will create up to 3,000,000 PERMANENT JOBS for the People of the Republic of Zambia and Africa in all Sectors of the Industry.

The TANGANYIKA LAKE is the world’s longest (660km) and deepest in Africa, second deepest in the world (more than 1436m) and second largest (by volume) freshwater lake. Thanks to its ecological isolation it is home to an exceptional number of endemic fish, including 250-plus species of cichlids. Cichlids are popular aquarium fish due to their bright colors, and they make the Tanganyika Lake an outstanding snorkeling, diving and International Eco-Tourism Destination.
